Please note, each Karipet holds ONE pet. You can shop at a lot of places where you can't take them on a leash or in your arms; however, it is not recommended to take your pet around food.The Kari-Pet gives excellent back support as the pet is held very securely against your chest or the seat of the car. It has been reviewed and approved by over a dozen veterinarians. The Kari-Pet can also be used as a safety restraint in the car. It can even be raised so the smaller pets are high enough to see out of the window.
This makes your pet a much happier and calmer passenger.For long-bodied pets, deeper seats are made to give the same level of back support that is provided to the smaller users. For those who want to go for the full effect, hats are available in matching fabrics.The hats protect the pet's eyes from the sun.The Kari-Pet is made of durable cottons and cotton blends with pattern choices of "Acid Wash Denim", "Red Bandana", or "Neon Dog".
The Kari-Pet is padded for softness and comfort. This batting also acts as a barrier between the pet's body heat and yours, so combined with cotton fabric, it is much cooler in hot weather. The Kari-Pet front-pack carrier is held very securely against you with sturdy straps of webbing that extend from the top of the front of the Kari-Pet, over the pet's shoulders, over your shoulders, cross behind your back, then forward and buckle into each side of the Kari-Pet. This gives the pet excellent back support whether you are walking or riding a bicycle.
Try these optional features for exta comfort: Cross Braces are also available to separate the shoulder starps and distribute the weight evenly. This addition to the Karipet is the best feature. You don't fumble for the straps and the carrier does not ride up on your neck. Padded straps allow you to wear the carrier for extended periods.

Measurements:
Measurements are very important to ensure that the Kari-Pet that you choose provides the right support and level of comfort. Weight should be used as a guideline only as it will not give an accurate length or width. There are two measurements that need to be made in order to get the correct fit. Measure the back from the base of the neck to the start of the tail. Also measure around the chest 1/2" behind the front legs.
When fitting your pet for the first few times, it helps to talk soothingly to him/her to get them assured of the fun experience. You can fit the Kari-Pet tm on your pet when they are laying across your lap or standing on the floor.
