  • Chest size. This is the most important measurement for fitting your dog. (Think of that too-tight pair of jeans!). To determine chest size, measure your dog's girth from just behind the forelegs, at the widest part of the chest/ribcage.
  • Length (Spine). This refers to the distance from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
  • Length (Leg-to-Leg). This refers to the distance between the front of the foreleg and the front of the hind leg.
